This position as a Director of Sales will have a focus on building out your own local team of sales executives. In addition you and your team will be responsible for all new accounts in the South Florida market. South Florida is a completely new territory for our client and part of their strategic and aggressive growth initiatives. Previous territory expansions have seen spend grow from 1-2 million in revenue in their first year to 50-60 million in their second year.

Compensation targets are as follows (These are calculated by actual earnings of current employees, all which are verifiable):
