Our client is a 100+ million dollar privately held solutions provider. They have jumped over 250 spots on CRN’s Top 500 Solution Provider list and have seen growth rates at over 200%. Headquartered in Illinois they have a suburban and city office, with one additional office in Phoenix. The company has extremely aggressive growth plans for growing their corporate, federal and international business by adding exceptional candidates to their inside and field sales teams.

This position is for their rapidly growing National Field Sales team. Candidates can be located anywhere in the United States and will be working from a home office. Target market for this role includes medium and large corporate customers. The sales cycle ranges from short to long and requires a hunter/farmer mentality. Must haves:

– 5+ Years of IT related field sales experience
– 5+ Years of selling into medium and large business
– Experience selling complete solutions including hardware, software and services
– Strong relationships with IT Manufacturers

Compensation and Perks:

– Base Salary is negotiable, with a 250k+ first year OTE
– Performance based stock option program (Pre-IPO)
– Will have an inside rep for support
– Top earners in this role make at or near 7 figures
