Our client is a 110+ million dollar solutions provider located in Phoenix, AZ. They have been voted "Best Place to Work" for 4 consecutive years and have moved into the Top 175 of the CRN Solution Provider 500 list. The CEO of this company has the highest approval rating among their closest competitors. All of their solutions are tailored to meet the specific needs of their customers and while they do almost everything some of the more common technologies they cover include Virtualization, Storage, Networking, Security and Disaster Recovery. The Field Account Executive role is part of a growing field team. The target markets for this role are Chicago, Southern Wisconsin, South Florida and Austin. There are currently 5-10 reps in all of those locations and our client has a growth goal of reaching 25-30 reps in each location over the next 2 years. This position is a work from home role with the ability to get in the field as needed. Target clients are in the small, medium and large corporate segment. Requirements: - 3+ years of IT sales experience - Experience selling hardware, software and solutions - Ability to travel up to 25% - Have a Hunter/Farmer mentality Perks and Compensation: - Base Salary Negotiable with 100k+ OTE - Top 10% of sales executive make 400k+ - No Territory or Vertical Restrictions - Travel when you like not because you are required to - Extremely aggressive commission structure, make up to 50% of GP - No Cap on your earnings
